Terms & refunds

Last updated November 2026.

These terms apply to orders placed with Grá Geal Studio, a business based in Ireland. Contact: [email protected].

Sample packs

Sample packs cost €8 including postage within Ireland. The €8 is credited against a full suite order placed within 6 months.

Design deposits

The €50 design deposit reserves a design slot and is deducted from the final price. We send a personalised digital proof within 5 working days of receiving your wedding details. If you are not happy with the proof after two rounds of changes, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we refund the deposit in full.

Personalised goods

Your stationery is made to your specification, so under Irish and EU consumer law the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once your proof is approved and printing begins. Please check names, dates and wording carefully before approving.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged or with a printing fault that was not in the approved proof, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint or refund the affected items.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and are confirmed when you approve your proof.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
